Prospective NHS member info:

1. Any current Junior or Senior who has completed and can verify [via emails submitted by the community service supervisor/adult (non-family member)] a minimum of 25 hours of community service over the prior 12 months and who holds a 3.700 unweighted or 3.900 weighted cumulative grade point average or higher is invited to apply.  

2. Applicants are expected to detail how they exemplify the four pillars of NHS: Leadership, Scholarship, Service, and Character.

3. Once accepted, members attend NHS meetings monthly, and are expected to complete and verify five hours of community service each quarter, and five hours over summer break.

4. Group mandatory service projects occur during the school year as organized by the society or its officers.
