Oakwood High School has something for everyone. We offer amazing Fine and Performing Arts programs. We continue to be ranked as one of the best in the state for our fine and performing arts programs.
We have clubs and activities for a variety of interests. Students can get involved in any one of our 38 clubs. Most students play multiple sports during their time at Oakwood with 22 varsity sports to choose from, including lacrosse and field hockey.
Our parents and community are the best! They are supportive, informed and involved in groups like PTO, Athletic Boosters and the Oakwood Arts Bridge, just to name a few.
Oakwood High School was once again included in the US News and World Report lists, ranking #1 in the Dayton area in the spring of 2019. We offer 17 advanced placement courses, and students can earn college credit in our eight College Credit Plus programs. The engineering program is rigorous. It consists of a state of the art lab where students get a jump-start on a future engineering degree or may just want to explore the discipline to see if it’s a good fit for them.
Oakwood High School has so many opportunities in which students can immerse themselves. Learn, grow, explore, and enjoy! Make the most of your time here at OHS.
