Welcome to the Lumberjack Theater where no one stands alone.  Oakwood High and Junior High's theatre program, under the direction of Ani Delperdang, is a place where every student is welcome and able to try something new. This year, we are charting our first ever International Thespian Society Troupe to continue growing our amazing program. We can't wait to have you join us as cast, crew, or patron. See you at the show!

This year's season is full of horror, drama, comedy, music, and lots of exciting entertainment. Our 2025–2026 Season includes: "Night of the Living Dead", "The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon", and "Oklahoma!" We also have regular Coffee House Open Mic Nights, the Two Day Play in April, and One Act Play Festival in May organized and run by our International Thespian Society Troupe.

Congratulations on a successful 2024–2025 Theatre Season

OHS shows included "Alice in Wonderland" and "The Addams Family." OJH one-acts included "Superheroes: With Great Power Comes Ordinary Responsibility" and "Appropriate Audience Behavior."

"The Addams Family" was adjudicated by the Miami Valley High School Theatre Awards (MVHSTA) and recipient of Outstanding Production of a Musical, Outstanding Ensemble, and Several Outstanding and Merit Student Nominations for Performance and Design.

Lumberjack Theatre's very own Griffin Greear was even one of two Miami Valley students chosen by MVHSTA to represent this area at the Jimmy Awards in New York in June. His portrayal of Uncle Fester was unique, full of life, and wildly creative!
