Class of 2025 Information

Sophomore Students and Parents:

On Tuesday, Jan. 10, the entire sophomore class will gather in the auditorium during 3rd period to hear a Career Education presentation by representatives of Kettering Fairmont and Centerville High Schools.

After the presentation, all students will have the opportunity to take permission slips for visits to the high schools to tour the programs they might be interested in.  Students have to apply for programs they are interested in, and the process is somewhat selective.  There are usually two spots in every program for Oakwood students, however, at times exceptions have been made.

Ohio’s College Credit Plus program allows students (7th to 12th grade) to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college courses from community colleges or universities either at the high school, online or on the college campus.
