Oakwood Schools Educational Services Department is responsible for posting available positions, facilitating an extensive interview process to select quality staff members for the district. The department also conducts background checks, reference checks, oversees job descriptions, certification/licensure, leaves of absences, personnel file management, employee negotiations, substitute teacher recruitment, university intern teacher placement, staffing projections and more.

Oakwood Schools is looking for substitute teachers, administrative assistants, paraprofessionals and custodians. All substitute positions for Oakwood Schools are posted on the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium.
Substitute teachers earn $125 per day!
